Get started in 10 minutes

1. Open Servone in your browser and choose Sign Up.
2. Enter your First name, Last name and Email, then click Sign Up.
3. Servone emails you a code. Type it in to confirm your address. If you prefer a password, click I’ll set a password now before you sign up and fill in the password fields instead.

A workspace holds one company’s work. Everything your team creates, such as projects, chats, files and calendars, lives inside it.

1. In Workspace name, type your company name.
2. Click Create workspace. Servone opens the new workspace when it is ready.

1. Press Cmd+K, type invite, and choose Invite teammate under Create. You can also open the account menu and choose Invite to workspace.
2. Click Get invite link.
3. Click Copy, then send the link to your teammates by email or chat. Click Close when you are done.
4. Each teammate opens the link and signs up or logs in. They land in your workspace.

Owners and Maintainers can switch off Use workspace invite settings in the same window to change how long the link works, how many people can use it, and which role they get.
