FAQ
Short answers to common questions about Servone.
Can I use Servone in Vietnamese?
Yes. Open the account menu, choose Appearance, and pick a Language. Vietnamese and English are both available, and the list shows every language your workspace offers.
How do I switch between light and dark?
Open Appearance in the account menu. Under Theme, choose light, dark or system. System follows your device setting.
What is Cmd+K on Windows or Linux?
Press Ctrl+K. Servone shows Ctrl in place of Cmd on systems other than a Mac. You can also click the search bar at the top. See the Keyboard shortcuts page.
How do I let someone outside the company join?
For one video meeting, open it as the organizer and click Copy guest link. The guest needs no account, the link opens only that meeting, and it stops working about a day after the meeting ends. To add a colleague to the workspace, use Invite to workspace in the account menu.
What can each role do?
The roles are Owner, Maintainer, User and Guest, plus a read-only guest. Owners and maintainers manage setup, such as setting up sprints for a Classic project and changing record types. Owners start data exports. Users do everyday work and can invite people. Guests have limited access.
How do I connect my mailbox?
Open Mail on the app rail and pick your provider. Gmail uses Sign in with Google. Other providers use an app password. Servone loads the last 30 days of mail. Only you can see your mailbox, and you can connect one per account. See the Mail page.
Where do data exports go?
When an export finishes, the zip file is saved in a drive named Export, and a notice arrives in Inbox with Download and Open in Drive. See the Drive page.
How do I connect an AI assistant?
Open Settings and choose AI clients. Copy the server URL into Claude, or use a token for Cursor and similar clients. The assistant acts as you and sees only what you can see. See the Connect AI agents page.
How do I set up sprints in a Classic project?
Open the Sprint page of the project and click Set up sprints. It adds the Epic, Story, Task and Bug types, story points and sprint fields, and moves the project's existing issues to Task. You need to be a maintainer or an owner. It is safe to run again.
What happens to a leave request?
It goes to your approver, who is your department lead. Once approved, the leave shows on the calendar. If your lead is away, a stand-in can decide instead. Someone at the top of the org chart books leave directly, with no approval. See the Calendar page.
