Integrations

• Email: connect your own mailbox to Mail. Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho Mail and any server that supports IMAP and SMTP work. See the Mail page.
• AI assistants: connect Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client so it can work in your workspace as you. See the Connect AI agents (MCP) page.
• Guest links: invite someone without an account to one video meeting. Click Copy guest link on the meeting. See the Calendar page.

Mail keeps the last 30 days of your mailbox next to your work. Only you can see your mailbox, and you can connect one mailbox per account. Gmail uses Sign in with Google or an app password. The other providers use an app password.

The MCP connection works with Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor. It follows your permissions and can read issues, chat, your calendar, people and drive file names, and create issues, comments, events and messages. Maintainers can also plan and apply workspace setup changes. Find the setup steps in Settings, under AI clients.
